corn-fed cattle. Most cattle are grass-fed, a less expensive option
which results in less flavorful meat. Our meat is
cut to our strict
specifications and aged locally for 21-35 days to further enhance
the
flavor and tenderness. This attention to quality is also evident in our
prime rib, fresh fish, and pasta entrées.
